We understand that sometimes due to the size of your product and/or finishing process, you may need more than the allotted hangtags and sew-in labels. Exceeding the limit will incur additional charges per piece. To order additional CORDURA^® hangtags or sew‑in labels, log into MyCORDURA and select “Request Hangtags”. Once the application is approved, our hangtag supplier will contact you for payment.

To submit fabrics for CORDURA^® brand approval, an active Trademark Licensing Agreement is required.

Once you have an active TMLA:

2. Prepare fabric and yarn/fiber details in advance
3. Upload relevant certifications and internal test documentation
4. Use the required comments section to add context or clarification
5. Submit your certification request using our step‑by‑step guided process

Once fabric samples are received at the designated testing lab, testing and review typically take 15–20 working days. Please note, timelines may vary depending on testing volume, seasonality, and testing location. Once the certification process is complete and all requirements are met, you will receive a Notice of Approval (NOA) which will include your FTC code via email.
