CORDURA re/cor™ is a GRS Certified collection of recycled fabric technologies, including CORDURA re/cor™ RN66, CORDURA re/cor™ RN6, and CORDURA re/cor™ RPET. From apparel, reinforcements, outerwear, bags and packs, equipment, and footwear, CORDURA re/cor™ is suitable for a wide array of applications with the promise of performance that CORDURA® fabrics are known for. Our CORDURA re/cor™ portfolio also offers blended fabrics to deliver durability and design elements that cannot always be achieved with one fiber alone.

RN66 Durable. Responsible. Innovated To Last.

CORDURA re/cor™ RN66 fabrics are durable fabrics made from reclaimed post-industrial materials that have been recycled into high-quality yarns. With responsible options made from 100% recycled materials, our newest offering comes in a range of deniers that provide the strength and durability CORDURA^® fabric is known for. CORDURA re/cor™ RN66 fabrics are designed for a variety of products, including apparel reinforcements, outerwear, bags and packs, luggage, equipment, accessories and footwear. The production of CORDURA re/cor™ RN66 uses less water, energy and creates fewer greenhouse gases versus Virgin Nylon 6,6.*

RN6 Nylon Fabric That’s Re-built To Last.

Innovation is at the heart of what we do. By utilizing specialized recycling technologies, we are reusing materials left over from the manufacturing process, while still supplying a fabric that is engineered to meet the performance and durability specifications of the CORDURA^® brand. This 100% recycled nylon 6 yarn transforms post-industrial material into CORDURA re/cor™ RN6 yarn. CORDURA re/cor™ RN6 fabrics are designed for a variety of products, including technical packs, day packs, luggage and footwear.

Uses 100% CORDURA re/cor™ RN6 qualifying recycled yarn (by weight of fabric excluding any coating).
Specifically engineered to meet the fabric performance and durability specifications of the CORDURA^® brand.

RPET Transform Waste To Want.

Waste avoidance is an important attribute of the CORDURA re/cor™ RPET fabric portfolio. This 100% recycled high-tenacity polyester yarn is created from discarded bottles and packaging. These fabrics meet the fabric performance and durability specifications of the CORDURA^® brand. CORDURA re/cor™ RPET fabrics are designed for a variety of products including backpacks, day packs, footwear, luggage and accessories.

Uses 40% of the minimum amount of CORDURA re/cor™ RPET qualifying recycled yarn in polyester fabrics (by weight of fabric excluding any coating).
Specifically engineered to meet the fabric performance and durability specifications of the CORDURA^® brand.

TrueLock™ Responsibly Made. Long-Lasting Color.

Utilizing a solution-dyed process that locks in color at the molten-polymer extrusion level, this process creates fiber that has color all the way through. Resulting in a fabric that is UV fade resistant, provides multi-component color consistency, is abrasion resistant and offers the strength and durability CORDURA® is known for. Using less water, energy and emitting fewer greenhouse gases, it leaves a lighter footprint along our path to sustainability by using fewer resources to make products people want and need.

Every 250,000 linear meters of fabric of CORDURA TrueLock™ fiber can save more than 467,000 liters of water.
It can save more than 408,000 megajoules of energy.
It can save more than 26,845 kilograms of CO2.*
